Fair treatment matters whenever a homeowner contacts Registeryoushark Floor Coating. Tell us when an interaction or referral raises a concern. This page describes the complaint process and what follows. It is a general template, not legal advice.

Concerns We Can Review

You can report concerns about:

  • Your telephone or message exchange with Registeryoushark Floor Coating
  • Our handling or protection of personal information
  • Website details that appear inaccurate or unclear
  • Conduct by a provider referred through our service

Concerns About Provider Work

Providers in our network are separate businesses. Each manages its own estimates, pricing, products, warranties and customer service. For a problem with a coating project, first explain the issue to the provider in writing. Save copies of that correspondence.

Also let us know. Feedback supports accountability within the network, and repeated shortcomings may result in a provider's removal. Registeryoushark Floor Coating cannot resolve contract disputes, handle warranty claims, return payments charged by a provider or represent that provider.

Details to Send

Email contact@registeryoushark.bond with the following information:

  • Your name and contact information
  • When you contacted us or the provider
  • The telephone number or website form used, if remembered
  • The provider's business name, if available
  • A brief description of the issue and your preferred resolution

How We Handle Your Message

We acknowledge complaints by email, usually within a few business days. We examine the concern and may contact the provider as part of that review. We then explain our findings and any action we intend to take.

Options After Our Reply

If the response leaves your concern unresolved, reply to request another review. You may also contact your state's attorney general, a consumer protection office or your local Better Business Bureau. If the provider holds a contractor license, the state licensing board may be another resource.
